1. About These Terms

- These terms and conditions apply to all treatment and 121 session bookings and services provided by Wellbeing Harmony. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your appointment.

2. Booking and Appointments

- All treatment and 121 session bookings are automatically confirmed once made through our booking system.

- A booking fee (percentage of the service cost) is required to secure your appointment. This will be communicated during the booking process.

- Please arrive on time for your appointment.

- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

- I am a women's holistic therapist, I will only be offering treatments & 121 sessions to woman only.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hour’s notice will forfeit any booking fee paid.

- No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged the full service amount and may result in requiring full payment for future bookings.

- We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

- I accept cash and card payments

- Prices are clearly displayed during booking and are in GBP.

- Any booking fees paid are deducted from your final payment.

5. Consultation and Health Information

- All treatments and 121 sessions require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

- Please provide accurate and complete health information. - Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in treatment being refused or modified.

6. During Your Appointment

- Please respect the space and maintain appropriate behaviour throughout your visit.

- Please be open and honest about your comfort levels, any concerns, or if you experience any discomfort during treatment.

- Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode during treatments.

- We maintain a professional therapeutic environment and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

- The treatment room space at Titchfield location is upstairs with no lift, this is detailed on the treatment details. You will need to be able to get upstairs at this location.

7. Refunds and Complaints

- No refunds are given for completed services.

- If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please inform me immediately so we can address your concerns.

- We will resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

8. Your Privacy and Data

- We handle all personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

- Your information is used solely for providing our services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

9. Liability and Insurance

- I maintain appropriate insurance for all treatments and sessions provided.

- Our liability for any claims is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. General Terms

- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

- By booking with Wellbeing Harmony, you confirm you are over 18 years old or have contacted me prior to booking and have parental consent.
